How long does shipping take within the US?
We offer several shipping options for our US customers. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while Express shipping can arrive within 1-2 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
You can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached. Please note that swimwear and intimates must have the hygiene seal intact.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer buy now, pay later options via Afterpay and Klarna, as well as PayPal.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
